  • App is too glitchy

    The app would be a ton better if it didn’t have so many glitches. You can’t skip back while watching a show. It instead skips way back and it is hard to fast forward to where you were. Many of the movies have a hard time loading. It takes forever.
  • Streaming Service? I think not.

    This is probably the worst “streaming” service I have ever used. More like watch 5 seconds, buffer, watch 5 seconds, buffer, watch 5 seconds, buffer. Exit out of the app in frustration and go to a streaming service that actually works. Sad that I wasted $8 on not being able to watch a thing. What a disappointment.

    No current content. Other network apps you pay for do have current shows and movies. I don’t have cable, that’s why I want the app! The TV app is just terrible. Sometimes unresponsive, but usually just really sluggish when browsing. Once a show starts playing the app is fine.
  • Love the Content, But…

    I love the content so much, but some technical things need to be addressed. We need the Picture in Picture capability. Also, the continue watching has been very spotty lately. I finish an episode, but it stays in continue watching as about halfway through. So to get to the next episode I have to search for the show instead of it being right there for me.
  • It’s a toss up

    I want to love the revamp, but…one awesome new show (chicken sisters) over a ten series run does little to offset my frustration with so many other programs and characters that the network just left behind after a few episodes, like Flower Shop Mysteries, hence leaves me feeling let down. I see maybe using this service for a month or two but not something I’ll be keeping or paying for year round.
  • Horribly glitchy

    Apple TV app won’t play certain movies. App on my iPhone doesn’t recognize my subscription and asks me to sign create an account. I create an account only for it to say I have an account! So frustrating. The app has one purpose, to play shows and it won’t do that!

    When we attempted to watch on demand Hallmark’s newest Mysteries on FRNDLY TV or Prime Video we were constantly instructed to purchase Hallmark Now to view these. Hallmark Now has been changed to Hallmark Plus and promised far more than has actually been delivered. We purchased a one year subscription. What a deep regret for a family on a budget. When we have attempted to view their newest Hallmark mysteries we are now being told we must view them through a monthly subscription to Peacock or Hulu. Please do not purchase the year subscription unless you do not care you will not get the newest mysteries on demand. There is no refund from Hallmark. “Cancel at anytime,” means they allow you to cancel, but no refunds on yearly subscription. We have already cancelled for when we would have been auto-renewed, months from now. We are warning others. Also the promised coupons are not working in Hallmark stores.
  • No 2024 Christmas Movies

    I paid for a years worth all at once, which was $79 only to find out later that you cannot view the new Christmas movies through the app. That’s the last time they get my money. Feeling very ripped off.

    App constantly freezes while trying to watch movies. Signed up for free week trial but unable to watch anything due to freezing. Worthless
