I can’t imagine working without Adobe in this day and age! There are some many tools within Acrobats environment that allow me to work expeditiously and thoroughly that without it, I’d be dead!

They allow you to do a trial. Then before your trial is up you go on the app and try to cancel it and it sends you to the Apple subscriptions when they didn’t create your subscription through Apple. (Which I thought was a violation of apple’s ecosystem anyway) so you can’t cancel the trial. Then when you figure out how to cancel on their website you learn they signed you up for a year even though they charge you monthly and if you try to cancel they tell you they will charge you an extra 90 bucks. Thieves. Well, I will dispute charge with my credit card. Stay away! Many great alternatives
  • Charged after “canceling” trial

I grabbed this for the 7 day trial they advertised to see if it would work for me needs. I quickly realized it didn’t so I canceled the subscription right away yet was charged anyway. Unfortunate and dishonest but not surprising from this company.
  • Way to destroy an app

I use Adobe reader to facilitate providing needed manufacturers information. Now with the latest update you cannot download a copy of a manufacturer’s manual and then download that same manual to a customer as Adobe modifies the original documents, then wants a subscription to share that same document with my customers. The original document is now modified and now is useless as it is no longer a “Manufacturers Original Document”. The authenticity of that document is destroyed. Shame on you Adobe.....pure greed....I wanted a PDF reader, not an editor. Unfortunately the edit pops up and destroys the original document and destroys it’s authenticy, for what greed? Now with the latest version has destroyed a treasure trove of documents that I will have to spend considerable time and effort to restore. I would gladly pay for a pure “document reader and storage” but Adobe got greedy now wants money monthly. Shame on you Adobe....PURE GREED

  • Lost my Apple Pencil comments after closing case

I saw that this was an issue for other users too, needs to be fixed as I lost hours of work! Closing the case during commenting because I had to use the restroom shouldn’t be a reason for it to cancel commenting but should only pause the operation or form a back up auto save.
