    This app is awesome for tracking progress, I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now and it has been a total game changer in terms of progress! I recommend it constantly to everyone I know, both advanced lifters and total beginners! It’s so convenient and the UI is honestly super intuitive.

    It’s a simple app that has helped me to go from no muscle, to ripped over the last two years. It has what you need, and doesn’t get bloated and try to run your life like a lot of the other apps. I’m going to be a user for the indefinite future

    I recently had heart surgery and wanted a way to track my recovery after I finished physical therapy, cardiac rehab. This has every exercise you can do at a gym and has different options for machine versus freeweight versus cable. In the next update, I would love to see a Tracker that shows history of specific workouts and progress made within those exercises. Right now I’ve only been able to find the previous workout compared to the current workout.

    Recently my alarm in the Apple clock app has began to play through my phone speakers rather than my headphones at the gym. This app has a built in timer that only goes through the headphones and works outside the app. I also like how I can add or subtract ten seconds in case I’m late to start the time. Also, it’s a simple ding that doesn’t have to be shut off. Great product!

    This app is GREAT. Easy to use, set up and record workouts. I like that you can add your Daily Macros, just wish you could actually record your daily food log. All in all very impressed.
