ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. - All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer). Key Employee Features: • View pay & W2 statements • View & request time off • Track time & attendance o Punch in/out o Create timesheets o Update, edit, & approve time cards • View pay card accounts • View benefit plan information • Contact colleagues Key Manager Features: • Approve time cards • Approve time off • View team calendars • View executive dashboards Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Touch ID or Face ID • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc.     Has me update everytime I get a new check stub and can not look at the whole check stub it says download but doesn’t work trash app do better

    When ever i want to use the app, it needs an update. Such a simple functionality the app has to serve, why it needs update every week. I hate using this app.

    Every time I need to clock in this app does something stupid and makes me miss my schedule start time. From not responding to having to completely log in instead of being able to use Quick clock on Monday morning after not using the App for 2 days off

    When you set FaceTime to login as a setting, I should having to log in once a week just to use face time again. It should be set to every 90 days like other apps

    All these security measures only to lock you out your account but then you get an email every year about how all our sensitive information has been compromised. Make it hard for the owner but easy for the criminal. Despicable.
  • Slow and not reliable. Needs improvements

    This app is always SLOW to load and every time I try to use it, it is missing the quick clock in. It also frequently tells me “unavailable right now” for 10+min and I can’t clock in on time because I need to go find a computer instead. I’m always on WiFi and have great cell service, so it’s definitely the app. Every day I have to restart the app to get it to display the proper options. I’ve deleted and downloaded it again, updated my phone and it’s no better. All my coworkers report the same problem. We all have to restart it daily. It also does not work reliably when clocking in/out with Apple Watch. It will tell me sync was successful but never log the actual clock in/out. It has a lot of features in the app which could be useful but the ones I need daily don’t work reliably. I’d rather have less app functions if it means I can use the core functions quickly and reliably. I’m not sure how the app has 4.8 stars since all the reviews I see reiterate my same problems. They must have a ton of old ones buffering the score. This app makes me sad my company switched from Paylocity. Update 4-14-2025 App is still garbage after most recent update. I see no improvements. I can never use the quick clock feature, Face ID is just gone permanently now and logging in and all takes sooooo long. It takes me 2 min to clock in from my phone. I hate using this app
  • ADP app inconsistent after update

    It seems like each time I update the ADP app that I have to sign in like it’s my first time ever using the app. For some reason, your app forgets that I’ve toggled Face ID on so I can easily enter the app. My banks app remembers that I toggle Face ID to on, so why can’t I experience the same on the ADP app.
