  • Huntington is awful run away

    Garbage system, the app is always down for maintenance locking you out of your money and access to do anything through the web, app and the support is garbage too honestly Huntington declined so much over the years run far away!!!!!!

    The spend analysis hasn’t worked inside the app for at least a month. And there is no specific tech support to contact for the issue. There are bank numbers, but my problem isn’t with my bank account.
  • Worst customer service

    Some of the worst customer service you either have to wait on the phone for extended periods of time and than they just hang up or when you do finally speak to an actual person they all tell you different things. Getting answers from these people is a pain
  • One star bc i don’t play about my money check scan not working

    When i try to scan a check it says multiple foreground apps open or some bc similar to that even if it’s the only app open. Very inconvenient obviously as we need money to survive in this awful country. FIX. IT.
  • Needs some Love and Attention

    The Huntington app used to be spectacular. Super fast, straight to the point and never missed a beat. Now it takes so long to open, sign in is decent and then you’re greeted to the Tips and Tricks page for the millionth time even though the app is super generic and easy to understand/navigate. No matter how many times you press “Don’t show me this again” it doesn’t matter. There are also old iOS features like 3D Touch which are deprecated and have been for a few years yet there is still no support for the new features on iOS like a Widget on the home page or the far left widget home area. TL;DR: •Remove old and deprecated iOS features •Add new iOS features (notably Widgets) •Fix “Don’t Show Me This Again” for Tips & Tricks page when signing into the app to actually work •Speed up initial load •Add Dark Mode (helps with accessibility) •Add Apple Watch Companion App (check balances) To Developers: I’m running the latest iOS at the time of writing and using the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

    This bank is a joke. I can’t even deposit a check from my client for my business account. The atm or mobile app did not work saying it was ineligible for deposit. Only thing is, I have a business account and have been able to do mobile deposit on this same client’s check before. I do not recommend using Huntington Bank. Never the same consistency
  • App Stopped Working

    At a certain point, the Huntington Mobile app stopped working on IOS 12.5.7. It simply doesn’t open. It crashes right away.
  • Might have to switch my bank because of this app

    The electronic check deposit doesn’t work. It just loads, and loads, and loads, and loads….. It’s been this way for about a half a year. I thought maybe they’d fix it over time but with no Huntington’s near me due to being in college, I have checks piling up that I can’t cash. Fix it or you lose me. I opened my first bank account here nearly 10 years ago.

    I got scammed filed a dispute did everything the representatives said to do and they gave me my money back and reversed my funds so technically I didn’t get my money back they kept closing my dispute and opening it back up crazy part they said we are working just as hard as you to get you that refund but I have to fill out paperwork that they get paid to do
