    I used to be able to use a quick balance widget on my iphone. It hasn't worked for months, nobody could tell me how to fix it and apparently it is no longer available. If I had a US Bank closer to me, I'd close my accounts at huntington today

    When opening the app, it uses Face ID and then gets stuck on the Huntington logo and nothing else happens.

    The app has been working fine but since I got new phone & updated iOS cannot see the widget for quick balance on phone unless I open the app. Can you please fix.

    I don’t know what has been going on with this app for the past month or so, but it’s absolutely awful. You talked to a virtual assistant, AI, that is useless, redundant, and irritating. When the AI does finally connect you to a “live person” on the live chat, the person just stops responding. I literally was connected to four different agents all of who just stopped responding. I never got any help with the issue that I was having. Also, I ordered a debit card almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get it in the mail. It would be a lot more convenient if I could just go to a branch location and get a card, but no., I have to wait 2 weeks and I still have not received my card. What if that was the only debit card I had? I’m seriously considering switching banks
