Not user friendly

The community powered charger locator and maintenance reporting app is a life saver to those new and regular drivers of EVS.

The dealership is a bridge from downtown Dayton shopping and restaurants. It’s very convenient to stop and charge my Bolt EUV. I just need to unplug and pick up before they close.

This app has failed me countless times. It often claims charging stations are available that are actually in use and vice versa. I have my search set for free stations only but it still recommends stations that charge fees. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using in an emergency.

Unclear how to start a trip to follow.

Just are 8 chargers. The app said 3 available, all of them in used when I get here.

I use it to check out charging along the route and has given me the confidence to drive long distance knowing what’s ahead. It’s also very helpful to find out about issues at stations, specific quirks/tips about locations, etc., based on check-in feedback by other users.

Today I just purchased my very first Humer EV EDITION 1 2024 ; I brought it from casa Chevrolet in Alamogordo; on my way back my battery went low since I took an unscheduled trip to white sands then to Porsche of El Paso to get an update on the repair of my Porsche ; and n my way home I noticed that I don’t have enough juice to Deming New Mexico El Paso Texas; not knowing where to charge we went to the Tesla of El Paso then they gave an app call plug share ; he help me with the down load and I was able to locate the Nearest Fast charger location at Charlie Clark Nissan and they hosted me to charge it at their fastest charger and I was please to get enough charge to get me home; that was close

Good at showing charging locations. Wishlist: Routing Sharing location to Tesla Nav.
