This is an awesome app with so many great features. I have learned so much about the sky from this. Even during the day time it works. I love to see where the planets are within all the night time stars. The constalations just come to life with this app. This app brings the heavens to earth.

This App is a observatory held in your hand. The free version is decent but the paid version shows even space junk!

Love this app. Have had it since it came out. If you like checking out all the constellations all the satellites all the parts of satellites and the direction in which they travel this is a must have. Are use it nightly to watch the space station flyover. There are other apps out there similar to this one but by far this one is the best.Keep up the good work developers. New satellite or any other non-terrestrial object updates from time to time would be nice.
  • Keeping this app forever

This was I purchased soon after I got my first iPhone I got when my wife gave me her iPhone 5 (May have been a 3). I’m now using this same updated app to locate tonight’s Blue Moon on my trickle down X. I use this to show our grandkids the solar system when they ask.

I am very much a beginner when it comes to looking at the sky. Had a nice telescope but due to my location I really needed to travel about 25 west where the area is very rural. I mean how many times can you you look at the moon(even though it fascinated eveytime). So SKYVIEW, that’s why we’re here. I can spend hours walking along A1A in Palm Beach using SkyView. Looking at stars and different galaxies. Point your camera to the sky, touch any star or planet OR tap on any space junk orbiting the earth (that in itself is overwhelming), any little dot you see which could be another galaxy. Below on your screen you will get the information on exactly what you are looking at. Very cool stuff. To think we cannot get from one end of our galaxy to the other. And there are millions of galaxies out there😳😎 We can’t be the only ones!!! The app is great. Fun, informative. User friendly!
