  • Impossible to update household when you move

    Finally time to cancel. I am unable to access my own account on my own tv and an sent in a frustrating circle when I try to update the account according to Netflix’s instructions. The last straw was when it asked me to scan a qr code on an old tv that no longer exists. I can’t even cast a show from my mobile device onto a smart tv that it has decided isn’t actually in my house. I’m done

    Bad enough you can’t use your account in different places without a giant hassle. But you can’t even stream to another device from your phone without that other device being “added to your family network” or whatever. Horrible decision.

    There’s an issue where I’m watching over cellular and the video will play normally but the audio reverts back to 10 seconds or so before. Driving me crazy! Love the app otherwise so it still gets 4 but please fix this!

    NETFLIX! I love you and my family has been subscribed for years! I went away to college and today was planning on watching a show. A NETFLIX SERIES. And I can’t get into my families account because it’s not a “household tv” HELLO I’m not at home I am away at college, for 1 I cannot afford my own account, and 2, it should be up to the parents to let their kids decide if they wanna pay for their own netflix account. But why would i do that when my family pays for the plan? Fix this or you will lose a lot of customers.
