The new update is terrible. Not user friendly and they made the barcode scan unavailable on the free version. Reluctantly still using it but I feel like they made it worse not better.
  • It’s good for tracking food, but inaccurate for Apple Watch

You can build recipes, lol up food and add it to breakfast, lunch, dinner snacks, beer r it doesn’t link to my Apple Watch, but only to the Health app. Right now I have 7,680 steps and this app is only showing 4,660. Health app matches up to the watch, but this thing stinks. It wants me to go premium for $80/year. Not interested (especially if it’s not going to track correctly. Fitbit used to track this for free. Come on, Apple! Step up and make this a feature on Health!
  • Much worse then it was when it started

I don’t like the part where you socialize with your friends on your and diet together because there’s no spot to post your update updates the app is just totally different. They took a lot of features away. That was for free which is really not handy are free and you just watched an ad or looking at an ad it just gotten much worse. There’s probably a whole list I could list but too many to list

I have been a long term user of MyFitnessPal and no matter where I am in life, it has fit perfectly with ease. That’s not easily found in some tracking apps.

It was horrible knowing that basically working out made you pay a lot of money and that’s not right to make someone pay for the perfect body and you can’t just do it on a new app that I found and it’s called Workout Women
  • Too Much Premium Pushing

I like this app overall, it helps me log food and thats about it. When I first started using this app many years ago I could use the barcode scanner… Thats a premium option now. I like that I can usually import recipes but it’s never accurate and I always have to adjust. What I really hate about this app is the exercise portion. For an app named My Fitness Pal the logging of the exercises is piss poor. The basic exercises Im doing are never in the system and its very limited. Doing planks? Add it in. Pistol squats? Too bad, add it in. The data base could be a whole lot better on the exercise front.
  • I’ve Used This For My Goals and It’s Great

I exercise, lift weights, do cardio, and because of all of these things - I love to eat. This app really helps me bring into reality what the macros and total calorie count of all my food is. This app can sometimes become too much with the tracking and getting too into it. But for me, if that happens, I just delete it and re-download it at a later date when I’m good to go again.

The offer to buy premium appears over and over, making it impossible to enter any data successfully. Unprofessional.
