Dropbox lets you upload, save, and transfer photos and files to the cloud. Backup and sync your pictures, videos, documents, and other files to cloud storage and access them from any device, anywhere. With advanced sharing features, it’s easy to share and send photos or files to family, friends, and co-workers. Features: • Automatically upload videos and photos from your camera roll to cloud photo storage - all in the background - for easy video sharing and photo sharing. • Access any file in your account - even offline - and preview over 175 different file types with no special software required. • Easily send large files by copying and pasting a link you can give to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account. • Scan documents, receipts, IDs, photos, and more using your mobile device and transform them into high-quality PDFs, so you can view and send anywhere. • Sync folders on your PC or Mac to Dropbox with computer backup, and recover older versions or restore deleted files with version history and file recovery. Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space - that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff - from work projects to personal photos - and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • They hide the cancel feature!

    By KatyForFun
This app doesn’t offer any option or link to cancel a free trial neither through their app, nor through the browser. When I contacted Dropbox support, they were not helpful whatsoever and told me to contact Apple if I can’t cancel through Apple. They claimed my purchase was made through Apple and they have no way to cancel it on their end. I told them that Dropbox does not show up either in my settings > subscriptions or under Apple Store > purchase history (where you can normally go and cancel your subscriptions). They are sneaky at taking your money and their support is like talking to a wall. It’s as if their employees are trained to retain as much money as possible without giving any solutions in hopes that the customer won’t call Apple to cancel. Do not even do the free trial!
  • Amazing

The email I just got in my inbox (on my PHONE), says I haven’t set up my folders (I HAVE - yeaaars ago). It also states that what the email wants me to do (set up my folders) can only be done from a computer - NOT a phone. I can’t even imagine why. But, at that point, Dropbox becomes useless to me, because I do everything from my phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wish there was an option when you group videos that when they upload in a folder that all the same size videos are all grouped in order with the same size videos so it’s easier to see if multiples of the same videos can be deleted if that makes any sense
  • Very Expensive

This cost way to much and is hard to figure out how to use.
  • Photo storage

I only use Dropbox to store pictures. I love it for that!
  • No help

There is literally no way to contact and actual person or get support! Someone has used their email and my credit card to pay for their membership and I filed a dispute with my credit card but no one to dispute with at Dropbox! Once I get it figured out I’m deleting this app! No customer service.
  • This app is greedy. Do not use!

    By Jamieroaric
I am a volunteer parking attendant at an event in Bakersfield. Our organization is using this app for the parking plan and duty roster. It is not opening anything until I agree to a “Free trial” but if you read the fine print they charge the first month’s fee as soon as you agree. So another greedy company lying because they want to be able to say “Free!” and yet, it is not.
