  • Terrible!

They make it impossible to reach them. I’m unable to login because they say I have to reset the Authenticator but the Authenticator is frozen with a numbers keypad interface and I cannot login. And I have to go to a computer and login from their website and scan the QR code with my phone which takes me to the frozen Authenticator screen!!. Circuitous, all of it. To seek their Help on login probs, I have to login. Their Call Me feature is blocked by my Verizon spam filter. I suspect they want me to upgrade! Why would go with LastPass if this is the attitude!? I would have upgraded anyway - my plan - but not with LastPass though. Wasn’t their security compromised previously?!
  • Poor Management of password changes

When passwords change LastPass retains the old password. I end up with multiple passwords for the same site. This happens even if I click on update password.

I struggle that so many programs want to save my passwords and then the title does not match.
  • DO NOT TRUST LASTPASS

8+ years as a “free” user only to wake up today without the ability to login despite knowing that my credentials are 100% correct. ZERO customer service because I CANNOT LOG IN. Choose any other password vault and thank me later.

After attending a cybersecurity conference, it was recommended to everyone in attendance to use LastPass instead of whatever software we’ve been using. I made the switch and never looked back! I’ve recommended LastPass to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

It has more and more problems every day. Problem’s recognizing sites. Been on this platform for over 5 years… can’t take it anymore. Trying something else.

In an apparent attempt to force you to pay for the service soou can both use mobile and desktop, you cannot perform dark web security scans etc on mobile, you must go to desktop and pay for an account to switch between.
