  • A must if You’re a Traveler

It helps so much as you can see where your plane is coming from, where it is, and past performance on your specific flight. I also often get notifications before I get them from my airline.

New interface isn’t it. Change it back.

As line service at an FBO I’ve relied on this app for years to help keep track of ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES, EN ROUTE, and SCHEDULED. This new update removed one of the only reasons why we paid for a subscription in the first place. Sure - the information seems to be buried in there and I’m sure some condescending wanker in the IT department at FlightAware will be happy to tell me how wrong I am. The point is, it’s no longer easy and intuitive to find the information I need to function. Hopefully, we can find a replacement to switch to as soon as possible.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The most recent update is just horrible.

This was a great app until the writers decided to change it up, and make it less user friendly. The wording is too small and now it’s way less user friendly! Congratulations writers you screwed up what was once a really good user friendly app. Please feel free to change it back to the way it was. Always looking for an “edge” in the way an app works doesn’t mean changing everything about its functionality. Sincerely no longer impressed users….. :(

I’ve tried many tracking services and this is the best. When I have family visiting or traveling I can track. It’s as if I’m traveling with them. I also like the ‘where is my plane’ feature. This is especially useful when ground staff give ludicrous reasons and with this feature you can politely counter with facts.
  • Lots to like but ideas to improve

Good app and I give it 4 stars for doing what is supposed to well. A few opportunities for improvement. 1) Playback mode is a bit sloppy. A) Should have reverse button. B) Should include time of when plane at was at specific location historically in the same view on playback map. 2) seems whenever flight are delayed it can be slow to report. This may be only the information they receive but clearly something is wrong if plane not off ground and it’s past time to depart. App might off some message such as “delay possible” until information is clearer. However any basic coder could figure out if something not reporting past take off. (1/6/25 BR5 is such an example) it’s reported now but late in doing so.

can’t find anything on the new app - confusing, useless… where is the basic top-level menu to maneuver around now?!
