    This is a fantastic app! I weighted 240 and now 197! It took me a year, to loose weight, I heard the slower the better. I was a size 18/20 now a 12/14. This helps app helps me a lot and teaches me portion control. I also get to cheat and enjoy life!

    I have the paid version. Seems worth it. I love how easy to personalize. I have my own macros for example and I love I can put my own numbers and own type of diet. I do wish there was an easier way to plan out days in advance, well, see them all and get a grocery list…but that’s another app I guess. I can still plan several days in advance if I want.

    The app is a great motivator! I have been consistently logging in my food and exercise and I have lost 22 lbs even through the holiday. I eat what I want as long as I don’t go over my calories allotted.

    Waste of money. My fitness pal is better in my opinion. I like the fact that my fitness pal says; if you continue to eat like this for x amount of time you will weigh xxx; which is motivating. This app isn’t motivational at all.

    Easy to create my own recipes, add known products and restaurant food, scan my stuff that I don’t feel like typing. This app is helping me be more motivated to make healthier food choices as a part of my journey because tracking it doesn’t feel like a chore.

    I’ve been using this app for 2 years now. I upgraded to premium both years and the app was decent. The problem have though is the confusing layout. It’s a little too much. The app is also slow and it doesn’t show all recent meals. For instance if I ate chicken for dinner and eat it for breakfast it’s lost listed as recent because it’s a different meal. Also, the search doesn’t work that well. The search is confusing and you end up seeing things that you didn’t even search for. The barcode scanner also needs work. It is inaccurate and most food I scanned didn’t work. My premium expired this week and now I see the barcode scanner doesn’t work. I refuse to pay for premium again. Time to finally delete this app.

  • Potential but with lots of issues

    Some of the features are fabulous but the app is unfortunately unusable since it sets calories goals with insufficient info such as gender, height and weight. For an athlete like myself, I should be able to adjust my calorie goals but the basic version does not allow for it. So as a 6 ‘2, 210 pound male who works out for almost 2 hours a day, I’m supposed to hit a calorie goal of 1,600. That’s borderline dangerous.

    I’ve been using the Lose It! app now for 12 days, I have found so many inaccuracies in the nutritional values, calories, portion sizes. Really questioning this app right now not sure if I’m going to continue. Too bad I paid for it already.

    I loved this app, I’m a premium member, but now I can’t seem to get any answers/help. I can login to my acct online but I get I VALID CREDENTIALS on iphone, and can't login. I use email login, not Apple. I've removed, and reinstalled app several times, to no avail. I can’t seem to get any help from anyone. so I cannot use the app. Shameful.
