    This was horrible! Wings had no sauce, ranch was like water. Pizza had no cheese and crust tasted like cardboard, pictures on yelp are completely deceptive total waste of money

    You’re not getting a real idea of any business because yelps as a company is rotten to the core. The way they handle reviews is basically racketeering. A good business might have 10 five star reviews and 2 one star reviews, and only the one star reviews show up. They blame it on “the algorithm” but it’s essentially extortion. As a business, if you start advertising with yelp and then stop, they will run your business (on yelp) into the ground — until you start paying them again. And even then, you don’t get what you pay for. A literal garbage company. I’ve seen people compare them to the mafia, and honestly, after dealing with them, I have to say that I’d rather deal with the mafia. At least the mafia keeps their word. At least with the mafia, you get what you pay for. With yelp, you just keep getting ripped off. And when they don’t follow through on their end and you dare question them, they send you straight to collections. Do yourself a favor, delete the yelp app from your phone, and never look back. The world will be a better place for you and all local businesses when yelp ceases to exist.

    We had a reservation in advance and we did specially request a booth (for last night at 6pm). We show up and I over hear the hostess say to people before me that the restaurant doesn’t have an opening until 8:45pm (as that party did not have a reservation). I get seated and even order drinks, then the hostess comes to me and says - I cannot sit there, that I was sat there by mistake by someone. I was then asked to move to an extremely small table that is not a booth and is literally 18inches from another cramped small table. I then asked for the manager. When the manager comes over I am TOLD that I need to get up and that I am not ALLOWED to sit a that table (that I am sitting at) as it is a booth for up to six people, which by the way we are told that this table is for the DJ’s friends because they wanted to sit next to the DJ. When my husband inquired about other booths we saw available, we were TOLD once again that we had to sit at one of the small (half-booth) 2-top tables. Now I understand that that we can’t be seated at a big table, but to ONLY have one option for 2-top tables that literally cramp you in like castle - NO thank you. Do you know that the 2-top tables are so close that as the person goes to exit from the booth side, they nock the tables in the pass-through - it is literally that tight. The worst part, when I communicated that we had requested a booth and that we were not happy with the table they were offering, the manager responded well that’s your only option - take it or leave. The absolute lack of accommodation or even attempting to provide customer service was appalling. I sat there listening to this manager explain so much about he DJ, the DJ’s friends and what they wanted, AND his interest in accommodating them, but he showed absolutely zero interest in our wishes and any attempt at accommodating us. A half-booth is NOT a booth. And who wants to to pay money to be treated like cattle. I will never go back to this restaurant just based on this extremely lack of service Zero accommodation, horrible customer service.

    Just picked up order from Tuna Time Yucaipa Ca Don’t know how you can raise your price on a three item combination by 30% and the fish taste like it’s days old.

    Service wasn’t great - had to keep flagging down the server to ask for things like water and at 830p on a. Friday night asked for coffee and was told they had thrown it out. When we asked the bartender we were told we would have to ask our server and they may have thrown it out. When I mentioned we had a couple of drinks and wanted to have coffee, she just blankly stared at me and said “Okay.” Then nothing after that. Sorry to have bothered them. Wow.

    2nd time they make a mistake with my order. Once im home I don’t want to comeback and get the correct order. No easy to call the restaurant for refund. Food is good, but i can trust them with my take out.

    Booked them 2 1/2 months ago kept calling every 2 to 3 weeks and said they were going to get over and they said they had trouble with their truck and then they said they’reJust a couple more weeks and I spoke to the owner and then they said they are no longer in the area . So why did they take the job in the first place and why did they kept stringing me along and now it’s gonna take another two months to get somebody to take care of my gutters they are complete liars and completely unreliable. Coming into the rainy season good chance I’ll come in on the first floor and flood my brand new floors.

    Last time I make a reservation at a restaurant that uses Yelp for their reservation system. I loved “I Love Sushi” (you’ll get an earful in about an hour) but I’m angry you gave my phone number to Yelp without asking so they could text me just as much as I’m angry Yelp requires I download the app just to confirm the reservation!
