    They remove reviews on a specific basis (which is fine). When you identify the reason for the review removal then report others that did the same thing, they deny removing the reported reviews. Awfully funny how that works! Definitely a shady business practice.

    Worst experience today, for over 2 years they groomed our 11 year old dog knowing he hated being caged. Today I dropped him off again confirming that they would not cage him. Plus I informed them he had a recent injured hind left leg. Usually he is there 2 to 3 hours but after 4 hours today he had only been bathed not groomed. I asked if he was in cage most of the time, yes he was plus he had not been given any water in spite of him being anxious and not settling in cage. If they had a problem complying with not caging him they should have informed me when I left him there. Poor care, no real apology for the delay and caging our dog.

    The worst bank I’ve used. During the first two years of COVID, you couldn’t enter the building very often. Then, and now, their drive-through banking often closed with no explanation. Spent a fortune redesigning the lobby (nothing but signs shouting their services), but apparently won’t put that money into more staff— so it can provide good service, especially in these COVID times. Staff usually trainees. Shame on them!

    Dinner was in celebration of reaching that age where if you put candles on the cake you call the fire department first! The wait was short but there was some miscommunication regarding large parties being able to enjoin two tables for parties exceeding 10 people. When the seater realized what was going on she was quick to offer up the manager to referee. The manager was apologetic but uncompromising. She stated company policy was the reason why and offered no other remedies or compromises.

    Stopped there today with family for lunch and these are by far some of the best wings I have ever eaten. Cooked to perfection and not chewy and the flavors are amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try all flavors. Their burgers and tacos were also excellent and the portions are a good size. You will love the fries too, I know we all did

    Went their yesterday bought 8 large crabs price was 50.00 dollars could not eat them was full of water and mushy try a couple and throwing the rest away to ,for to bring them back they wanted me to return them all they had to do was check what they had let and could have seen that I not trying to get something for nothing
