This App was not useful to me. It doesn’t do what the advertisement says.

I got this app to tell me what was wrong with my plants and what I needed to fix them and that just doesn’t do it and identifies the plant very well and then tells you what you got, but it doesn’t tell you how to treat it

Kept seeing the ad for the app, scanning grass in the yard and identifying issues. Set up the trial, took several pictures of my dying struggling lawn that the lawn guys haven’t fixed yet. Close up, far away, etc. Every picture says it’s healthy. Maybe if I lived in shady acres haha. Two stars for effort! Zero stars for the price and functionality.

I really don’t like the way that the app works and I have tried to cancel it and cannot get it canceled and I cannot get no one to write me back to let me know how to cancel it. I’m very upset about the whole thing.

App was great in the advertisement, but once I got it I learned that you had to pay for the feature that the app advertised. Completely deceptive. I would call that false advertisement.

  • Cash grab

Don’t leave reviews often and the app itself works great, but in downloading this app, the company promises a free trial with notice to cancel prior to charging. There was no notice, just weekly charges. No way to unsubscribe through the app or instructions on how to do so, and eventually it became what felt like a cash grab.
