Love the Ascension app. It seems that many times when I try to access information related to daily readings it says that content is being prepared for that section. Not all of the Bible studies from Ascension are available through the app.

I actually listened to Father Mike daily Bible for three years. I enjoyed it very much and learned to appreciate the Bible. Now I think it’s time I get a refresher on the Catacism I learned in my Catholic grammar and high school

What a magnificent app this is. Father Mike is amazing in presenting the Bible in an approachable and extremely knowledgeable way that truly captivates one’s attention. I can put it down and plan to do the catechism right after the Bible in a year. I can’t believe I waited this long to do this.

I really enjoy the app overall, but I’m starting to worry Ascencion is hurting financially. Every other time I click on something, I get a pop up offer to become a paid subscriber. It’s a real pain to have to constantly decline the offers. It makes me not want to use the app at all anymore.

This app has all you could need to develop a daily habit of scripture study and prayer. The one thing it is sorely lacking is the ability to play audio/video in the background. Would love to have it on in the car while my navigation app is in the foreground, or on the headphones with my screen off while I cut grass. Please consider adding this feature in future fixes. EDIT: You CAN play studies and podcasts with the screen locked, just not the daily/weekly reflections.

I have always had trouble with reading and spelling, until I was ordered to try this app, and I have to say it’s a amazing app, even though it freezes up sometimes, but when I started on my first page there’s a problem, even though it can highlight paragraph’s. It doesn’t say anything about how to follow along with the reader, and what I mean is it doesn’t highlight word to word.

Thank you Fr.Mike andAascension Press! I am 106 days in and could not be more appreciative of helping me live in GOD’s Holy WORD. We get to experience the living WORD of GOD with multiple senses. In a structured way. My prayer is that this app grows so all can experience the Holy Bible in a new way! All Glory be to GOD!
