Overrated

Poor service and I will not be recommending your business to any of my associates.

Unable to get file to upload from phone. Tried accessing from various storage location on phone.

It's pretty handy if you need to send something right away. A fax number and sending pages costs a little, but it's cheaper than going to UPS store. I can save my hard-earned money and it comes in handy when I need it.

Definitely better than a landline. This is a great way to stay on top of all my documents with a busy life. It's made my personal and professional lives easier since I can send and track faxes on the go

Love this fax app… faster than others, but simpler. Years ago I used another app that was just terrible. I’m amazed at how much better fax master works. There will always be a need for a faxing so this is a great app to do it… glad I switched. Give it a try, you’ll see how easy it is

You can sign up for any subscription plan and it still won’t work, it’s a scam. Just go to you local copy center like OfficeMax, FedEx, Staples, etc. and you’ll be in much better hands. Also, if you try to e-mail the company, all the emails are sent back from the server as undeliverable.

I want my money back ever since I purchased I have not been able to send a fax.

Will steal your money and not work

Haven’t been able to get this Ap to work on either iPhone or iPad - signed up for 1 month Premium subscription. Keep getting message that “Professional Plan isn’t activated error”. There’s no help on menu - no subscription on menu. E-mailed support - nothing. Wasted over an hour & a half messing with it. Easier to just take pic from phone and send in message or e-mail. Now have to go through the complicated process of cancelling subscription. What a waste of my time!
