I recently tried out this app during its trial period, hoping it would meet my needs. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I reached out to the support team twice—once to request cancellation before the trial ended and again after my card was unexpectedly charged. Regrettably, I received no response either time. It's frustrating to be left hanging without any acknowledgment. Despite leaving a clear message to cancel my subscription, my card was still charged. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. As a user, I feel abandoned. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns promptly has left me in a difficult situation. I cannot recommend this app based on my experience. If you value customer support and timely communication, look elsewhere.

Wow so we have to pay to use it. why all I wanna do is use the Roku.

I’m giving it 2 stars for downloading easily but so far I’m unable to get past finding the Search feature Once I’m on search I cannot toggle and there are continuous pop ups trying to sell upgrades and subscriptions I’ll give it a little more time then might try an alternative

I purchased the lifetime remote 39.99 by accident and I can’t use the app it’s saying I have no restored purchases and my money isn’t being returned . I want full access or my money back .

I hate it

An predatory subscription service pops up everytime you need to use the remote. It makes the app unusable. The automatically generated responses to the reviews are stupid too. The developers aren’t looking into anything because they’re the one pay walling the app in the first place.

Too many apps want you to beat just for their version
