    When I contact customer service regarding an issue, they are not very helpful at all in trying to get the matter resolved. If I receive an item that is damaged or not as described on the listing they practically make me bend over backwards to get a replacement or a refund. I am currently waiting on a refund for items. I had to send back because they were not as described in the listing, came in the mail, damaged and/or looked very cheap. When I ask for suggestions on how to locate a specific item on their site they offer no suggestions. While I do enjoy shopping on Temu, dealing with customer service when there’s an issue at hand…is a complete nightmare.
