My daughter used this app for her senior AP project and it was professional grade. It has been said in previous reviews but Apple should buy this app and make it a standard feature. The AI is so far beyond the 2nd place app, this is a legitimate business tool that decreases employee latency.

I did the free trial and I was instantly charged $21 even when it said it was free. I cancelled immediately and I wanted a refund. They have not responded to my refund concern. If I am responded to I will change my review. This is upsetting.
