Love your site, but just wish you had better sales, for I would always buy from your company!

The only page that loads is the home page and it’s nearly completely blank.

I dislike that I have to place 3 separate orders because you refuse to combine stores, and you don’t sell KING size sheets or duvets in the Star Wars or Harry Potter collection.

Before ordering I called to see why I was still being charged shipping when my order was over the amount for free shipping. Customer Service told me they were no longer running the free shipment promotion. Then I looked at screen again and noticed I had not put promo code in. When I did I got free shipping. I told Customer Service what I had done and that promotion free shipment was still in effect! Bad info from Customer Service almost cost them a sell!

I love the PBteen app! It’s so easy to use and adding things to your quart is so simple! Checking out is very easy as well! They will save the items in your cart as long as your signed in and they will let you know if an item is popular and will sell out quick! This app never freezes up and makes shopping at PBteen so much fun!!

The app is tough to use. It’s slow and sluggish and doesn’t process changes to the cart efficiently. The result is that the order you think you’re placing isn’t the right order because the changes weren’t processed yet.

The website was so bad I had to download the app just to checkout.

This is the second one I’m ordering because the quality is so good and I want to have an extra for a back up.

Made purchasing almost impossible. Website wouldn’t load cart correctly.
