I'm so grateful for this app! It's been a huge help in managing my Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorder. The mood tracking feature is the best I've ever used, and it's free!

The concept is great. I've been looking for an app to track diet, symptoms, and vitals all in one. I can't get past page 2 of the setup. It just says “There is some issue while creating your plan.” Skip doesn't work. There's no back button. I forced it closed then tried a different option on page one and got the same message. The developer’s email isn't listed, hence this review. So I am hoping I can get through to them this way, so I can utilize my free trial. I have no issue paying for a year if it does all it claims, but I want to try it out first.

But don’t harass me with paywall nonsense and pop ups until I’ve at least seen the functionality of the app. You put in all the time and effort to make this product and sabotage yourself immediately by having an absolute garbage first impression. You don’t even need to be a UX designer to see how obnoxious and annoying it is. Some people just lack common sense…

First feature I tried to use (delete a medication) didn’t work. Found recommended solution in faq didn’t work. Nowhere can I find a place to contact for support. If click app help goes to advertisement. Then clinical support. Same for developer site listed here. If I get an answer here with how to get support I will keep the app (looks good) if it works and is supported. Then I will delete the review

Lost all data after a week (trial ended and automatically rolled over/charged for the app). All my notes, data, records lost. Took A LOT of work to set up the app. Very disappointed. THE ISSUE HERE IS THAT ALL THE LOGGING IS GONE!!!! DATA DISAPPEARED!!! I wanted to continue using the app BUT RISK LOSING ALL DATA… AGAIN??? I need my data!!! I’m sure like everyone else who purchased the app, that’s the intention of using it!!!!
