I have had this machine for 5 years and I have spent countless hrs trying to create. Not going to hapen. Every time I get it out and try to create something the instructions are different

This software can't even use a simple black and white image to create a cut out without painful, time-consuming altering, erasing the negative space though it may be all black or white. Most of what is offered ready-to-print. After paying for the machine is is useless for creating original work. Erasing negative space in a simple two color, low detail image a basic feature with other image software.

the machine came with no instyructions. i can not fgigurevout which application to download to start uising it. is sooo frustrating!
