I don’t like that there is no Apple Pay.

I made a purchase not realizing that it was only pick up, no delivery. Literally two seconds after the purchase I tried canceling but there was no option for that. I called the store and I was told they can’t cancel form their end. Went online saw one contact number and email which don’t seem to work. In a nutshell, I lost my money and didn’t get any food! App has limited to NO options for issues!

I can’t find the cancel button for the orders you should have more features

I’ve downloaded this app multiple times, and it never lets me complete an order because no matter what card is added it tells me there is an issue. When I go into the store they won’t honor the window deals on the app as a result.

It doesn’t let you cancel orders and there’s no CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT WHEN GOINF THROUFH ISSUES AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR ORDERS THAT DIDNT GO THROUFH APPARENTLY I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT IDK WHO TO CONTACT 😡

No issues so far. My food was ready on time for pickup. I recommend it👍

I order on aap. And it was telling me about can pick up in 10 Min. I went there after 15 min. Waited other 15 min at cashier to ask her for my order because she was busy in packing uber eat. And when i asked her about my Order she didn’t knew about my order. They checked the n Tablet and found my order. So i had to wait other 10 min to make them my order. Total time 40 min for a cheeseburger with fries.

Didn’t get my order right. Told me ketchup/hot sauce/bbq all are an extra charge but don’t worry I’ll give you just one!? Also gave me all mini legs and forgot to give me my drink that came with the meal
