Doesn’t work

I typed in the information on my badge multiple times and could not get this app to work. This was always a good platform in past conferences. This was a total waste of time!

Can log in with mobile App ID but doesn’t accept any information after that.

Despite entering the correct information I’m unable to log in. I sent an email last week to customer service which I got no response.
