Tried to get to customer service rep-no luck( 3 times) purchase tickets and they are still not showing correctly in my portal not happy with these purchases 6 tickets for US open for 7 days - no information available although. They are quick to take the money

Link to us open app doesn’t work. Updates app then it crashes.

Got an email to enter “US Open Sweepstakes brought to you by Lexus” which shows pictures of the US Open trophy and Payne Stewart statue. After clicking on the link in the email it took me to an entry form for name and email submission. Hit enter button and it says you are entered in the 2024 WOMEN’s US Open!! Don’t get me wrong I love to watch all golf but initial email content led me and probably others thinking they were entering the MEN’S 2024 US OPEN at Pinehurst!! Was this a misdirected sweepstakes link or was it just for the 2024 Women’s US Open?

Tells me to update app, but doesn’t take me to an update.

App says it needs to be updated to run but App Store does not accommodate. Deleted and reinstalled…same issue

I have tried to install this on my iPhone SE (3rd Gen) twice this past week. During setup, I declined the notifications and location permission and it locks up. I cannot go any further. Hopefully this will get fixed so I can use the app. I had to rate it to send this in…. Ignore the rating since I haven’t truly been able to use the app. The other apps by USGA have been very good-I’d like to use this one too!

Great app but needs to have an auto refresh function. If there is a long list like stoke play at the US Amateur going all the way back to the top to refresh takes time and then makes one have to find their spot again.

The ladies rule when it comes to professional golf. The USGA has painted a great picture at Pebble Beach.

Takes too long to find the scheduling for Adaptive Open

Wow what an awesome golf app. Shot caster, live video, it’s so cool! I started using it during the women’s US Open and I am so impressed! Great job on this devs!
