I’ve been on the search for an app that allows me to add my store reward cards to my Apple wallet. I tried several and found this to be the best. It super easy to use and the developer is super responsive. I reached out with a simple request for 2 particular store logos, and he quickly responded and released an update with the logos. It’s so nice to no longer have to carry around all the store reward cards. I quickly upgraded to the lifetime upgrade.

I was a longtime Stocard user, but recently learned that they sell user data. I don’t like that. Barcodes is the best alternative I’ve found to Stocard. Barcodes does not store or sell customer data! I was able to easily move my membership cards over from Stocard by taking screenshots of the barcodes, and importing those screenshots into Barcodes. In some cases, the app was able to figure out what the store was just from the screenshot! Barcodes has more features than Stocard too. For example, I’ve always wanted to add my cards to the Wallet app. Barcodes lets you do that! The developer is also very responsive. They immediately added a couple of missing stores that I emailed them about. Finally, I love that this is an indy app! I got the lifetime subscription, and think it’s worth it.

No store logos are showing when creating a card.

This app is great, it is very well made and you can store all type of barcodes. I love that all my cards are in a single place and I am able to access the quick and not trying to remember where they are inside the native store app.

Not only can you store rewards cards, but pretty much any bar codes item. I typically like to get a sparkling water at my work cafe with my lunch. The issue is that the checkout registers struggle to scan the barcode on the bottle. I used this app to scan and save that barcode and now the checkout process is a breeze. I open the wallet, scan the sparkling water, scan my cafe card, and am on my way.

I was using Stocard before and used to get so frustrated with how long it took to open while I was awkwardly standing there with a cashier waiting to pay. Surely a bunch of lines does not require 20 seconds to startup. And this app is proof of that, sooo fast minimal and perfect.

I’m exceptionally pleased to find applications that do one thing really well without suffering feature creep. This is one of those. Front page home screen for me.
