    I love this app so much. It takes the mystery out of what is or isn’t safe to do while pregnant, and compared to my last two pregnancies I am so much more confident in pushing my body during exercise. So grateful for this resource!

    I absolutely love this app! As a mom of 2 under 2, I love that the workouts are quick and I don’t have to plan for them, I just press play and get started. I have gotten toned so much quicker this time around! I also go to pelvic floor PT and a lot of the exercises I do from my PT are also in the workouts within this app. 10/10 recommend!

    I started using this at the end of my third pregnancy. I knew I was having a third c section and wanted to find something to help support me in my pregnancy and postpartum. The c section guide has been so helpful and I’m excited to keep using it with this recovery.

    I’m four weeks into the postpartum vaginal delivery program and love it so far. I appreciate how easy it is to pause the app when my baby needs me. This program eases you into exercising, keeping things relatively quick and easy to fit in to a busy schedule. It doesn’t feel too challenging and keeps me motivated to do another workout the next day! It is gradually ramping up which helps me avoid injury too! I tried the mama and baby yoga and it had me rolling laughing when I “gazed down at baby” during the intro and noticed a gob of spit up down my shirt. Highly recommend for busy moms!

    I just started using this app during my second pregnancy and I wish I would have known about it for my first! The workouts are tailored to how far along you are in your pregnancy, which has been great. Each exercise also has a video showing the exercise, as well as a description if you need more explanation on what to do. This is great for a beginner to working out or for a seasoned athlete looking to focus their workouts for pregnancy.
