I’ve had the Brother SP-1 for a week now and it has been a frustrating experience so far. This printer along with this app can’t stay connected to the wireless internet to save my life. One day it’s working fine. I’ll print a few images and then try another a few minutes later and says the app and printer has to be on the same network. They both are!!!! I’ve done the WPS option multiple times today 4/21/24 and it says connected on the printer screen but when I try to print. It says not connected. I have 3 days before I miss my window to return it. Should have went with the Epson.

Can’t get it to work,says my machine has 1.70 need 1.71,can’t get it to download 1.71 version

I would like to design a print and cut file is Cricket Design Software program and print it to my Brother sublimation printer. It seems like you can only print designs you make in Artspira App. This app is very limited. You can not cut,layer, or import design that I purchase on Creative Fabrica.

I'm hopeful that this app will improve in many aspects one big one is that it will be computer-compatible not just for use on mobile devices and l would like to see more free options for the free subscription. Other than that the machine is great.

I would love to give this a 5 star rating but I’m annoyed that I can’t register all my machines . I have 2 SNC, and 3 embroidery machines capable of connections. Please add additional registrations!! The main reason I bought a travel machine capable of wireless was to be able to use it with the app. Now I have to unregister one of my machines to be able to register the travel one. It seems like a hassle and I’m concerned about re-registering the one I have to remove.

It’s too difficult to use the app to actually draw anything. I didn’t realize to do almost anything with this machine you have to pay a subscription. It’s way too expensive. It’s alright for navigating or doing simple stuff.

The update wiped out my login info.

This has been very hard to figure out, how to get started. I’m glad to find out that it is doable on windows, on my laptop.
