How am I suppose to sign up if the parental question is in Chinese? Can’t figure out how to change this.

i first played dr. panda games around 12 years ago. i was reminiscing about the fun i had playing these games, the nursery game, the hair salon, the airport etc. i though i found a gem on the app store. how mistaken i was. i am in shambles. i thought i’d be able to play 20+ games, however it appears that many of them are blocked by a subscription paywall. now don’t misunderstand! i’m not mad, just disappointed. i guess i’ll have to find happiness elsewhere. thanks for nothing, xoxo.

Kids are unable to complete tasks within the game. Parts don’t move or seem to freeze at portions and can not continue.

Dear Dr. Panda, My Mommy said I could tell you this. So I really love every Dr. Panda game, but there’s a problem. When I downloaded this game it said I have to pay 3.99$ and I read the reviews on this game and it said that you had to PAY a lot of money to get each game. Also Mr. Dr. Panda I had the Dr. Panda Mailman game on my tablet and it costed no money! But when my tablet broke I got this phone I’m typing on now I tried to download each Dr. Panda game I had but half of them costed money and altogether the Dr. Panda games costed to much money, and I didn’t have that much in my piggy bank! So I tried to download to is because I heard it had a lot of Dr. Panda games on it so I downloaded it but it costed money! Mr. Dr. Panda, now I hope you understand my problem. And please stop making grown ups and kids like me to have to pay money for your Dr. Panda games. Thank you very much for your time, Sincerely, An 8 year old girl

I’ve put this five stars when it should’ve been 1. You know, to get the developers to see this. Anyway, I have trued for 7 whole days and I cannot get my son the subscription. We have tried everything and it is not working. Either fixe this or we are deleting the game.
