Why does it say it’s freee but makes you sign a subscription!!!!! It is not freee LIES

I tried several fax app to send a document. In my first attempt it went through. There is no clear and easy way to cancel the subscription. I’m waiting on the developer to answer back with my petition. I sent the email 4/28/2024. I’ll update this thread.

UPDATE: yikes the developer straight up lies in their response This has zero free features on it. It will let you compose/prepare your fax before telling you that you need to pay a minimum of $6 to send a single fax. It will then ask if you want to send this fax just once as a test fax. Then it just faxes an ad for their app to your recipient lol

Why does it say free?? Update: it says you can send a free fax but nope nothing actually sends to what you want to send it to. It just says it’s a sample

As soon as you try to send a fax it cost money FALSE ADVERTISING with free being in the name.

Great app, However there is no option to sign your signature on the documents. This app claims you get a week worth access for $6.99 but doesn’t really give you seven days before renewal. It charged me after five days. Because of the fast renewal my rating is low because of the two things I mentioned.

I sent a fax 4 times and it failed to go through. I checked to make sure the information to the receiver was correct. How do I get a refund?

Has free in the name but just to even send one fax over it has you subscribe for $6.99. It only tells you that it costs after you upload everything for the fax.
