App not UX friendly

Love the bowls!! So healthy and fresh. But please clean you glass

I really enjoy both the food here and the app, which is easier than most.

Bad app for ordering

Absolutely love their smoothies and the app makes it so easy to grab and go!

Need a space to customize freely.

I’ve been a long time customer of Grain & Berry. Absolute best smoothie bowls around. But the app is lacking in too many ways. I made a duplicate order accidentally and there is no way to cancel it, there is no way to contact a customer service (contrary to what the store employee suggested). There is no way for me to cancel and get a refund on my duplicate order. Will be reaching out to the manger, but these features need to be added as they are essential.

This app does give you a copy of the order. Nothing No confirmation email. Nothing Once you place your order it just says thank you. That’s it.

Great food and exceptional customer service every time!

The ordering process was seamless. The only drawback is that not all beverages are available for ordering. Water for example had to be purchased outside of the app. Otherwise this was a super easy and navigable app.
