It’s a good app to track you heart rate and it gives some good information on how to go about say if your heart rate is low, what you should do and if you need to talk to your dr about it. I didn’t get the paid subscription because honestly it was to expensive and I had trouble with accessing some features so I had to drop it before the trial was up. I do still like the basic features of this app it just wasn’t worth 7.99 a week to me. Maybe 7.99 a month but not a week. Give it a try and see what you think.

It is quite strange that there is several reviewers of different age, sex & health who all state their heart age is 18. Also I have been sent a push notification to check my heart rate within minutes of just checking my rate I can feel my heart beating rapidly but the monitor states I’m in a resting heart rate Too many odd things and $39.99 a month is a lot to pay for repetitive possibly inaccurate information

How can this app take my heart rate when the iPhone is near, but I don’t put my finger on the lens?

Every time I ask for BP device says 120/80. Very different reading than I get from the cuff. So I’m thinking this isn’t very accurate for BP. Can you respond?
