Every time I click on this app on my phone it never goes past the opening screen. It’s garbage just like their internet service.

What a nightmare. Horrendous “support”. If you can call it that. While I was in Europe, my phone connection was glitchy. After being on the phone with them for a hour unable to help me, they instructed me to delete the cell phone data plan on my phone.
That made no sense to me, so I made sure to confirm with the support person that was safe to do. They said that it was and instructed me to continue. When I did, my phone immediately dropped the call.
In an instant, per their instruction, I ended up in a foreign country where I did not speak the language, had no phone service to call any one, no one could call me, no text, no email, no navigation system. I was left stranded to figure out how to find a SIM card with no navigation system in a country I where don’t speak the language. Completely screwed me.
Absolutely incompetent personal who don’t know what they’re doing.

For App to work you need to be on phone or in touch with support and they will give you a code to enable the app and give them access to your camera to troubleshoot issue. However There is only so much that can be done remotely depending on the issue.
