App stopped responding, I tried to reset password and still didn't work. Multiple tries to send password reset email didn't work. There are no support, no one to email or call.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. I had $60,000 in invoices that I lost because they decided they were going to up their prices and redo the app. It stopped working for a week and then when I was able to finally log back in I didn’t have anything not even a subscription.

Used this app for all of my invoices but it stopped working last week and I can’t get ahold of anyone to fix it!!! Even emailed the email address they put for customer service since I couldn’t find a phone number. Been 4 days now and no response! I’m looking at losing tons of data and invoices I need for tax purposes and to send out for money.

App is not working, no response from support!!??! Customers are waiting for their invoices…..how long can I say there is a software issue before they lose confidence in my company?

I had to pay twice for my subscription due to a lack of connection and now I was blocked again and the clients are waiting for their invoice

It WAS easy to use for months!?! Then when I attempted to print OR export to .pdf format documents created in the app, it continuously crashes!?! Tech support has NOT been responsive!???!

I can’t open ANY invoices, old or new. I can’t convert to pdf or view ANYTHING. I need your help. I need access to my invoices and I need to bill out invoices. HELP !!!!!!! Reached out to support already. No one has responded.

App stopped sending invoices via e-mail

When I try to write out my description the statement goes horizontally instead of vertically so it makes editing my description so hard that I just copy and paste from my notes

This is a terrible app. I received an email from a client yesterday that they are not receiving their invoices. I paid nearly $70 for it and cannot get support to respond. I would like full refund as I just purchased it last week!
