You can never get a ride. Back to uber share

So, after giving this app all my personal information & my picture, I can not get this app to work or set up a pick up near my home. I just wanted to check the app out & find out the costs. Big waste of my time & effort.

I’m surprised it doesn’t go to Bridgehampton commons or other areas in Bridgehampton

I have no explanation for this app, this app is dead, I recommend you use another source of transportation if you don’t want your time wasted.

Great service with very polite drivers. Always convenient. They need to extend service to offer the weekends as well. I great help for me and my family.

Roberto was quick to accommodate, great driver, very informative, hence this was my first time riding..

Used to be very good but now there are never any drivers available and when there is a 30 minute wait time also some drivers don’t even move in the mourning from the jitney

I’ve been using this app since the middle of August and it has helped me so much whenever I can’t get where I need to go. However, there are some mornings where I’ve missed the bus and need to get to school, I order a transit, and I watch as the vehicle never moves from its starting position. It always seems to be the same driver too. I feel like each driver should have their own profile review and feedback from the driver before and after the ride. This would show which driver’s are more reliable and helpful to the riders and help improve user retention.
