    While this service is convenient, the time from initiation to payment is too long. This is the day of electronic transfer and the time from input to payment should be 24 hours or less.

    This is the worse experience i have had with a bank.My pass word never works .My debit care won’t work and now i can’t check my account so no i wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worse enemy .😡☹️

    This app will not let me mobile deposit. No matter how many times I try to retake the picture it says missing endorsement even though I clearly endorsed it and even went over it to make it extra dark. And as instructed I wrote under my endorsement “for Truist mobile deposit only” so now I doubt I can deposit it anywhere else…
  • Still a frustrating app

    After a few bugs in the beginning, I got used to the app and it’s ok. But now with one of the recent updates, I can’t pay bills from the app anymore. It redirects me to the internet website. So I have to login again and go through the website, which completely defeats the point of using the app! Suntrust was USER FRIENDLY. This is just USER FRUSTRATING.

    I’ve had several occasions where it won’t recognize my checks from my employer. Have had to take checks to the bank after trying to deposit through mobile.

    After a recent password reset I now cannot log in with iPhone app but can with iPad app! Please fix this new “bug.”

    One star is too high! I have a been a long time customer of BB&T and have used their app and website. The new Truist app and website is worthless in quality compared to the BB&T app and web. For instance I can only mobile deposit up to $500 per check or $1000 a day. Who changed that? That is ridiculous!!!!! The app is for convenience of the user not to make them wait or make them go to a brick and mortar bank. Now I’m told to wait until tomorrow to deposit other checks. No thanks! I plan to take the paper checks I can’t app deposit and open an account with another bank with similar app deposit allowances as the old BB&T app. Congratulations - your web and app developers just lost a customer for you.
