Very unreliable. They can be late and which your driver and time at any moment even right before your scheduled pickup time. They will leave you if you are not right in front of them no call from driver before they leave but again they can be 30 minutes late, or text you and say no available drivers and they have to rebook you for another time after you have already waited an hour but you are expected to wait and be happy to be left in the cold or late to your appointment. If you can in and complain the rep say we are sorry but there is nothing they can do so you are either left in the cold to find another way to your scheduled destination.

Wow I am shocked, Driver showed up very quick, on time. Both times. Smooth legit. Very helpful for us who don’t have the funds always high spending for Uber/Lyft. Hopefully More free rides come to play? Blessed night thanks to Flex/ my driver Shawna!! This is a legit post (Not a Bot)

I really feel like yall could do better with scheduling people rides an arriving on time an treating people that’s in wheelchairs better

Cannot add more schedule while waiting rides or riding as a passenger.

It will book your ride but the screen will say processing request I’m sick of this I keep booking and canceling rides bc I don’t know if it will show up and it never shows how far away they are .

Aka Miss Pam with the blonde short hair they always look out a small children and a disabled fiancé and they come pick me up off of THOR S St. Pontiac every now and then and I have had miscommunication with other drivers before or never been picked up and when I say they go the hardest, have loyalty and patience, they go above and about beyond for their job, and I appreciate people that does work hard and seek to understand people like me, because I have done services for people driving services as well before like Uber, Lyft, or spark keep going my good people bless you all !

I would give it a negative zero if I could. Most times you can’t even schedule a ride. I’m better off using Uber.

Service is terrible you schedule a ride they don’t come on time like why do you have the option to schedule a ride if you aren’t going to be picked up at that time workers do what they want it is just sad at this point

It’s a great lil community service. I think there needs to be some more clarification on what the dash card is. Most drivers are great but there are some or one specifically who was a lil bit of an Ahole. And it would be great if they can update the software for better real time predictions so we have a better avg on time. Traffic etc. but a great service otherwise. Would recommend
