I know a lot of California drivers who worked full time at Grubhub and are leaving grubhub because of the violations they are getting in Grubhub fault system. Grubhub is losing the best drivers who worked hard for the company.

I have been changing my ownership 2 month already. Requiring Ton of paperwork. Guys take it easy. It’s easy to open a new restaurant than account in GH. You should be flexible… I don’t work with GH

What the heck, Grubhub? I have to turn my head sideways to read the orders I receive? What a joke!

Uploading photos only works on the web, not on iOS or Android, which is pretty silly as a large number of users have their food photos on mobile devices. This needs to be fixed.

This App never works properly. Being a big company like Grubhub, I don’t understand why they can’t invest some people to maintain it. It’s done 90% of the time. I’m thinking of taking them off my restaurant!

As a small restaurant owner, after signed up with Ubereats, and door dash , I also joined GrubHub even GrubHub isn’t doing good in our area . since I am choosing the lowest, 15% commission fee , I can give my customers a better price compare to Ubereats and doordash. It is a big delivery company, I fully trusted them, unfortunately 6 six months later I realized that we were paying 35% of the total sale to GrubHub. I was so shocked, look into it I found out that they changed us additional 10% of the delivery fee, 5% of the service fee from the total sale, feels like we were cheated. Wow, great! GrubHub passed all the cost to us. We gave the Lowest price to the customer and pay the highest fees to GrubHub. Very interesting, which restaurant is going to pay that much money in order to work with Grubhub? Do the simple math. I would not if I know they do that. I am leaving them, I have great food , my customers will go to Ubereats or food dash if they miss my food. Being reasonable even though you love money.

This app is allowed to use cellular data but never loads when not on wifi connection. Please fix this problem.
