This app you pay 24.99 for and it doesn’t work. Going to ask for a refund. False advertising

Hello is there a plan to share the data collected between people? I can’t find where to subscribe to those plans and get the PIN number to share with other people so we can share the data from the app. 2 people each have the app but we can’t figure out how to share accounts so one person can see the data from the other phone. Thanks

  • Poor premium performance

Despite paying for the “premium “ service and wearing my watch all night I never get a sleep report. Not even when the app sends my notification. I go to look and it tells me I’m not wearing my watch at night. Waste of money.
  • Alert Function doesn’t have notifications with sound /vibrations

Thought that this would cover Apples gap of not being able to get immediate notifications on low blood oxygen. It did provide a “banner “ notification - but would not provide immediate notification for actions. Need to have a sound or vibrating alerts on IPhone or IWatch … like with all the advertising that hits our watches. I use a CPAP and supplemental O2. However, when I fall asleep without putting my medical equipment on my blood O2 can drop to 78%. On a recent plane trip I fell asleep and was between 84 to 78% oxygen for an extended timeframe. I needed an oxygen alarm to wake me up. Tried to notify the supplier of this app to see if I was doing something wrong - but it was tough to get information back about this item. I have cancelled the subscription. If this app can provide the required alarm / alert … it would be worth the $25 cost No response … garage App … deleted already

  • Doesn’t read Blood Oxygen

It seems like you should be able to read your blood oxygen levels with this app but you can only enter manually. Seems pointless.
