    So what happened Was they charge me $40 right away instead of giving me the three day free trial after I tried to get a refund I couldn’t get one even after I canceled the subscription before the three days like literally the first day I got it, but I never got my money back. I still regret getting this app. Apple says my refund was refunded and i never got my money back.

    I connected my remote to the tv last night it was fine but this more it won’t respond to any buttons I press pause stop play etc idk how to fix I have already disconnected and reconnected I have already deleted and reinstall the arrows and okay buttons are purple and I do t think they should be they were not when it was working last night can someone help

    I paid $29.99 “LIFETIME” Then, couple days later, $39.99 was drafted from my account for annual subscription. The remote works well. Customer Service responded promptly and Apple issued a refund for the annual charge, thank you

    I downloaded this app then deleted it after it served no purpose to me I then canceled my subscription, few days later I tried downloading another app and it said the I need to up my card information because I was still being charged for this remote app even after I canceled and deleted the app I can no longer download anything and my card is still getting charged
