I just downloaded this app. I agreed to give it a try for three days, but, in order, to do that I had to be willing to agree to a payment of $49 for an entire year service after the three day trial period. After trying it once I was unimpressed. Now, I can find no way of contacting anyone in support. There is no support number and no support email. Do not download this app!

I would NOT recommend this app!! I purchased a subscription with this app in October 2021 and it was for a year so this subscription would be good until October 2022. I have not been able to log into my account through this and I lost all my recordings!! And now they have changed me another $53.00!!! I just want my subscription I had from last year and my money back of the $53.00 and all my recordings. And when I email them NO one ever emails me back.

Can’t hear my recording and I can’t contact them through the app. Rn trying to cancel but the app isn’t responsive

I could NOT figure out how to deactivate my account before they charged the $74.99! They pretty much just trap you into paying whether you found the app useful or not.

OMG it's 2021 and this app does nothing more than turn my expensive iPhone into a $49 micro-recorder! I made two phone calls, fully expecting to download and transfer the audio files to my assistant to transcribe. No, this clunky app didn't even create them! Instead, I was forced to try using the cyber transcription, which missed about half of my 2 minute phone call and is still stuck in the blue circle of death trying to transcribe my 25 minute phone call. I can download the transcription but not the recording. This is less than worthless to me. I actually had to hand my phone over to my assistant to re-record the audio into a laptop.

If you want to unsubscribe it is impossible to find!

I did not get any of my recordings sent but I got someone else’s call sent to me …. Terrible customer service.

Looks like a good app- just no support. Not even one reply in 5 days. Couldn’t make it work other than for short calls. Appears to be recording. Then no file is found.
