I am so annoyed with the app. There should be a way to get points ordering in person. Half the time I try ordering on the app I end up with the wrong thing- the drop down items to select are annoying and idk if I am just selecting the wrong item or just receiving the wrong food. Not sure it’s worth the potential of an occasional free meal if I’m getting the wrong food half the time.

App should be updated to give the option to add your receipt to get points if you order in store. Kinda frustrating that you can only get points from ordering on the app

Why are you using such garbage software. I couldn’t even get a refund on a cancelled order in the store….. still trying to figure out how to get a refund.

Get points in stores, just ask the cashier. Order and redeem in app. It works.

This app would like amazing back in 2012. It is very poorly designed, no recent updates and there's no way to redeem points in store. Why?

I downloaded the app expecting to be able to enter a code from my receipt to get some point but there was no such thing available. I don’t really care for ordering in the app & prefer in person, so I’d hope this changes to accommodate to everyone eating at their restaurants.

App runs just fine but I had 150 points deducted from my rewards without redeeming them! It just says manually adjusted -30 3 different times and then -60 another! That’s 150 points total! Very lame and scummy thing to do

The app adds up your points, but there is nothing to redeem the points on. What the use for this app? Just to see how many times I eat here?

App works as expected except for a major missing item, scanning receipts for rewards. Add it already!!
