Getting Message “Device Not Provisioned, Contact Support”. Support takes me to the public Carrier website. I dislike it when an App does not have proper and actionable error messages. Switching to Nest Devices

The system can not operate with the air and heating settings because it reflects the temperature in the room and not the hot or air I want. Your system should go to my set and stop. Not reflect higher or lower temp. Your owner’s manual is printed in type too small to read and pictures do not reflect print. Sorry I had your system installed.

Like many other, constantly cannot connect via iPhone. And like the other, it says unit has not connected with wifi for a long time. This has been going on for the past year since a certain update back then. And since then there has been updates every few weeks and it never gets resolved. Trying to get away from Carrier and now I’m having to have the system rewired to accept typical HVAC controls. Avoid this brand.

Used to work great - now only one of three controls connect and Carriers response is buy new $1500 controllers for each unit that doesn’t work. It isn’t the controller and their support group is not very capable. This is a good argument to offshore it to people that are better a problem solvers and more customer focused. Next time I will likely not buy carrier because of their software

The Carrier app is pretty good except it takes way too long for the app to update when you change a setting. For example,I turned my unit off and it still says “cooling” for hours, sometimes days or it never stops saying cooling even when it is off.

Is there a way to sort the order of the thermostats shown in the app?

I would like the auto upper and lower limit temps to be adjustable to a narrower separation.

The app used to work well until about 6 months ago. Now all I can do is see the status of the system. I can no longer change the temperature or change comfort profiles. The problem affects both Apple and Android devices.

As with any system, it’s only as good as it’s interface. While I am happy with the equipment, I hate the infinity thermostat. It’s just garbage. You can’t control it any better than an analog thermostat. It’s literally just an electronic version of an old analog thermostat. For what I am paying, it should be at least as good as a nest thermostat but it’s not even as good as my old analog thermostat.
