  • Game changer for Adult Diagnosis

This app has made such a difference for me. I normally hate subscriptions, but a year of this was less than 2 months of my medication costs. Worth. Every. Penny. To me. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 23, and I don’t think I really believed I had ADHD until a few years ago. I had to get off my medication when I became pregnant at 29. The more I learned about ADHD, the more I realized that I 100% had it. This app made me feel so seen and not crazy ! Just understanding how my brain works and coping techniques has greatly helped my mental health. I recommend this app to anyone I meet who got a diagnosis as an adult.
  • It’s definitely a good app

The way the app is structured makes it very ADHD user friendly, the information is good and the way it’s presented allows you to move through the program at your own pace. The lessons are informative and most importantly, the people that are behind this app all seem to have ADHD themselves and to me, that’s important. Nothing worse than having someone who doesn’t know what it feels like to have ADHD, tell you what you need to do in order to overcome obstacles associated with ADHD. I used to be a member awhile back and they used to have a message coaching feature that doesn’t seem to be there anymore so that is kind of disappointing. They also don’t seem to be doing as many webinars so I hope that picks up again because after you get through all the learning modules there isn’t much left to keep a person subscribing aside from the webinars and coaching. I highly recommend signing up for additional inflow 1:1 coaching. They brought the price down quite a bit so it’s a lot more affordable and the personal coaching is so so helpful.
  • Difficult Trial Cancellation and High Cost: Be Cautious with Inflow App

I recently signed up for a free trial of the Inflow app, which promised a reminder for cancellation. While I hoped for a smooth trial experience, the company’s approach to cancellation left much to be desired. In hindsight, I knew I needed to cancel something, but I didn’t receive a clear reminder from the app. I tried looking for the app to manage my subscription but couldn’t find any active trials, which led me to assume I had deleted the app and wouldn’t be charged. However, I now realize that deleting this app won’t automatically cancel the trial. The 48-hour reminder email was lost in the void during my days off work, and the reminder notification blended in with several other same-day notifications, making it easy to overlook. As a result, I ended up being charged $199.99 for a subscription I won’t use. While the app itself has potential, I prefer other similar apps like Structured and Routinely. I only tried the app twice before losing interest. I’ve reached out to the company for a refund and hope they’ll grant it. If you’re considering trying the Inflow app, make sure to set additional reminders for yourself to avoid a $200 charge if you decide not to keep the subscription. Inflow could certainly improve its process by making trial cancellation more straightforward and user-friendly. *** I reached out to the company and a prompt, no fuss refund was issued.

Because I have ADHD I’m constantly being interested in enticed by new programs but when I come back to this program, I’m always every single time helped! The entire team is amazing and they have options that help each type of ADHD and each struggle within them. I love this app definitely worth the price and I haven’t decided to get one on one, but if you need that, I recommended them. They’ve been wonderful. ❤️

By Must I give a rating?
I’m very new to Inflow, but was asked to rate it already, so here I am. I pretty much love it so far, but only gave it 4 stars because I’m afraid it’s going to move along to quickly for me. I’m an older person who’s reactions & habits will probably take some time to reprogram. It’d be fantastic if I have a surprise coming.

Amazing app for education and connection. The live events, coworking with Callie, especially, are invaluable!
  • It’s just articles

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It is a scam to try and take advantage of people who will forget they signed up. NO COACHING, NO SUPPORT - JUST ARTICLES. Also, they make deleting your account super hard. There is absolutely no value to anything this app has to offer. You’re better off just watching YouTube videos. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Learning so much about “Time blindness and RAN” Thank you
  • Beware!! Billed for the whole year

Beware!!! Billed for the whole year and no option of cancelling found online. At signup, the app was portraying the cancellation process to be very easy and mentioned that prorated billing will be done. Now it just charged me for the whole year and I cannot see any option of cancelling the currenlty billed subscription.
  • It’s good, but not what I expected

I’m going through a really hard period of struggle to focus and doing tasks. And even tho this app has the tools to help you with that, it’s not too friendly with the extreme struggle to read something that you may not be interested or you may but can’t find enough energy or willingness to do. I was gonna cancel my subscription because I had 48 hrs left of my free trial BUT IT WAS SO HARD TO FIND WHERE TO DO IT, as I didn’t find it, I got distracted by something and you know, to my brain a already started doing it so it was off of my to do list. Sadly it was only when i got the notification of my bank account that i remembered that I couldn’t find where to unsubscribe, therefore they charged my for a month, almost $50 bucks that I really needed it and I’m not even use in this app. I’ll strongly suggest to have the unsubscribe bottom right in the settings of the app and not only in the website, especially if you know that your customers struggle with adhd.
