i actually really do love this app at first i thought i wasted my money but ive been doing this for a little over 3 weeks and ive lost around 12 pounds

Love it because it teaches you how to fast, it gives you challenges, it counts calories, it reminds you when you start and end your fasts, it ensures you drink enough water, and it gives you a breakdown of your nutrition, with proteins, calories, carbohydrates, etc. its absolutely worth the money!!!

Easy to use and reliable offering tools for everyone.

I use this app on a daily basis, and they just added a nutritional analysis feature, and I really enjoy reading it. However, I wish they would add some kind of feature where you could take a picture of the nutritional facts on the product that you are eating and it would input the macros for you. It would save tons of time, and I’ve seen other apps do it. Overall, I really enjoy using this app and it has been extremely helpful in reminding me to drink water, providing me with informational sources about intermittent fasting, and keeping me on track!! I’ve lost about 20 pounds!

Another cash grab app. When you get done filling out your information and reading the steps it provides you a screen with a "subscription plan" no exit button no X to click out! Even tried closing the app and opening it back up and it was just still there waiting for me to click "Purchase" Lol 😂 I'll give it some credit though, before it took me to the subscription screen it gave me a nice estimate and calculated my bmi , how much water i should be drinking and how long it would take to get to my goal weight! It kinda tricks ya and then is like peekaboo! It gets ur eye and then ask for something in return! Funny 😆

i used there free trial and canceled because i don’t need it and they keep on trying to charge me 20 dollors

I am paying a $19.99 subscription but there is no clear way for me to login through my iPhone based on the subscription that I am already paying for. It has no record of my phone number nor email address! I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and it continues to walk me through their invasive sign up and continues to requests that I pay an additional subscription under the new information they are tracking for me. I originally deleted the app because there was no way to UPDATE my weight or restart my fasting journey after stepping away for a while. I wanted all of the history deleted! Now I am signed up for a 3 month service paid through iPhone app, and I have no way of logging in to my account! I know they didn’t ask for my phone number or email when I originally signed up because they just ask you to pay!

I’ve used a lot of fasting apps and this is my favorite.
