    Ordered subscription which was supposed to provide live games and video on demand of previous games. Some live games are not streamed or available and very few games are available via video on demand (like 1 of 10-15 games). Several attempts to contact the company via email, text, and direct calls do not get responses. So far the service has been worth nothing to us and a big headache trying to figure out the poorly designed app. The web based experience is just as poor.

  • Steals money and doesn’t respond

    I paid for a video and was told it would take 20 days after the event to receive it. Ok, it’s a big long, but I figured they were just busy. It is now 3 months later and I haven’t received anything. I contacted them and they made up all sorts of excuses. Maybe they lost it, maybe they damaged it, but why not just say that and refund me? I asked for a refund and now they won’t respond. I saved all of the messages and plan to let our team parents know. TKDS has deleted comments that I have left on their page (nothing rude or mean...just what I have left here) and they deleted it. I don’t want other sports parents to be treated the same.
