I don't like that it forces you to have to pay for 20:4 fasting. But I get that the company has to make a profit somehow. Besides this, no issues with this app. It's easy to use and nicely designed. Thanks to the developers for creating this app. 💐

This is a straight forward app and simple to use yet it really is adjustable to most needs as far as tracking your progress. I was looking for a fasting app like this. The premium version is affordable also. I recommend this app.

Used to love this app but not anymore. It doesn't track streaks properly and repeated emails to support have gone unanswered. Uninstalling.

No frills, no pop-ups, great look. Dinged off one star because the watch and phone don't talk to each other; they're completely independent from one another. If that was fixed, five stars all the way.

I am new to IF and was looking for an app to keep track of my fasting. I do wish there was an eating window timer in addition to the fasting timer. I don’t want to always be thinking about when to close my window. I vary my fasting times and feel that the eating window timer would keep me more accountable. Time management is not my forte. Please consider adding this to make this a 5 star product! 😉

I downloaded several fasting apps before I landed on this one. It’s simple to use, easy to navigate and I really appreciate the learning tab that helps you understand what’s really going on while you’re fasting. One suggestion I would make to the developers is. Keep the timer going after the fasting. A notification at the end of the fast that lets you know that you are in your feeding window and then another notification when it’s time to start the fast again. Then just have a button that you can press if you want to pause or end the cycle.

Simple and inexpensive. I’m done paying all of these crazy recurring app costs when all I want to do is track my fasting. Also I don’t need all the extra junk like food monitoring.
  • Apple Watch stopped syncing

Good app, but it seems to have a new bug that breaks the Apple Watch sync and watch complications. It used to work perfectly, so hopefully it gets a fix soon
  • WatchOS issue

The Apple WatchOS does not sync with IOS on the phone. You basically have two different fasting countdowns going at the same time that are not in sync. Not optimal at all. Be nice that when your fasting period ends, a new timer auto starts with the remaining time left to eat. Once that time is up, then start another fasting time with a tap to start. Or could be automatically started over again. Otherwise, lots of customization and integration with Apple Health, which makes it a great app! I’m on day 2 of fasting, so I’ll see how well this all works soon!
