Once I deleted the app and reinstalled it I can only do my time clock I can no longer view my paystubs

Application keeps crashing when trying to open a bank account. Accountant login and accountant billed company.

Downloaded a few weeks ago, and had responded once to deposit a check. Other than that, it’s a toss up if the main page will even load. If it does load, just freezes and won’t respond at all.

I been trying to get in my account for months now.

Logged in successfully, but app cannot be interacted with. Everything is freeze framed. Tried on multiple iPhones running different versions of iOS (including most up to date version)

Hello Developer . Please I tried to login my accounts this morning it says “ we can’t find anyone with this email . But when I try to create a new account with my email it says user Already exists . And I do get notifications of transactions on my account to my email . That’s crazy to me .Please solve this issue with the bugs wmd glitches on my account. Kinda frustrating for a small business owner . Kind regards

App is glitchy at best. One minute it works, the next update it doesn’t get past the logo screen and you have no access to your business banking account. There is literally NO— I repeat—NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beyond the worst.

This is marketed as a checking account but it’s more similar to a savings account. It takes a few months before you unlock the “feature” of mobile check deposits. You aren't able to access deposit forms or voided checks to verify to clients that this is your account. This will be an issue if clients pay you via direct deposit. There are significant transfer limits that make it challenging to fund this account to actually use it. The account is managed by QuickBooks but provided by green dot bank. Quickbook agents are unable to provide support since it’s not considered an Intuit product but Green Dot doesn’t service it either. I signed up for the 5% APY thinking this was a checking account that would earn interest. I realize now it’s a savings account that I should use in addition to my previous checking account. The APY is still great, just be warned that this is an extremely frustrating product to use and won’t be your only business bank account.

There is no option for me to apply for business banking. It said come back, and coming soon. I thought you already have it ready for businesses to apply.
