I was dissapointed by this app within the first five minutes. First of all, I'm not paying a cent, to a coding app, with ONE LANGUAGE! It doesn't support anything but Swift! Also, I can't zoom in or out, which is a very useful feature. The initial Themes, seem to be as sloppy as possible. And, If you want to do Anything, you have to pay 60 $ to unlock all the features. Meanwhile, still only ONE LANGUAGE SUPPORT! Even in Pro, Swift is the only language it writes in! Don't waste your money!
  • Fantastic app.

The UI panning is a bit jittery and slips down often when trying to scroll menu options; but this app os substantially useful for various purposes. The syntax highlighting alone is awesome. I hope there is an upcoming update of some sort. This app deserves love. And SYSTEM FONTS! Please allow the usage of system fonts.

The Typescript / Javascript syntax highlighting is significantly poorer than most free tools and it looks like there hasn't been an update in many months despite the issues.

This is a great little app for sharing code snippets with others who don't need to actually write or copy the code. Great for expaliners of how something works especially when working with consultants. My main complaint is that we don't have the ability to import custom language or syntax highlighters (HTML is missing...) We work with Salesforce Apex and I'd love to be able to pull in the syntax highlighting instructions from VSCode or similar.
  • A handy little app

It's great for school assignments where the professor decides the best way to submit is to paste code into Google Docs. It's easy to use, has a way to purchase it without a subscription, and even without purchasing has plenty of options to make your code look exactly how you want (including themes good for people who are colorblind.)

In the first review I left for Codye, I lamented the fact that I couldn't choose my own fonts. Not too long after that, the developer responded to my review and added support for custom fonts. I updated my review to request additional options for changing the dimensions of the code area in the generated graphics, and that, too, got added. What more could you want?
